Got a chicken burrito, with mild sauce, sour cream, guacamole. Upon starting to eat I thought I smelled something strange but not particularly bad so I didn’t pay attention. That night after nausea I vomited in the morning and again later in the day.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我去了 Azusa chipotle。我订购了一个卷饼，里面有糙米、黑豆、sofritas、鸡肉、奶酪、生菜和辣酱。大约一个半小时到两个小时后，我参加了田径比赛的教练，突然之间变得非常头晕。我开始有视力模糊。情况开始变得更糟，直到我的胃感觉很奇怪，我开始觉得自己需要呕吐。我也有严重的偏头痛。吃了大约 3 个小时后，我开始呕吐很多。不知道这对我有什么帮助，但是 chipotle 似乎无法把他们的东西放在一起。所以我不会再在那里吃东西了。有时候我看见有粉红色碎片的鸡。绝对恶心。

Ate a burrito with white rice, black beans, steak, grilled veggies, all 3 sauces, corn, guacamole, and cheese around 7pm yesterday. Started feeling uneasy and nauseous around 9:30pm and began vomiting around midnight  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
