星期四晚上得到了 GF/ 素食奶酪披萨，里面有火腿、香肠、菠菜、罗勒、洋葱和红酱。上午早些时候感到恶心。没想太多。星期五早上吃了剩下的部分，一个小时之内就出现了胃痛，抽筋，发冷，恶心，呕吐，脱水，总体感觉很糟糕。还在恢复。

18 年 10 月 1 日星期三下午 5 点左右，在凤凰城市中心的 Blaze Pizza 吃了不含麸质的披萨（新鲜的马泽里拉、朝鲜蓟、菠菜、胡桃南瓜（没煮过的太生了，不能穿），第二天早上感到不舒服，两天后还因恶心、胃痛而生病，diahrea。什么鬼 Blaze，请遵守卫生规程和食物储存温度，让员工在生病时待在家里，在这个流感季节把他们送回家！

I had a pizza with mozzarella ovalette, pepperoni, basil, and tomatoes at around 8:30-9:15pm. Around 2:27am I was extremely nauseous and had to run to the bathroom to vomit. I violently vomited at least 9 times in 1 hour, followed by stomach cramps and achey muscles throughout… 更多

Wife and I ate at Blaze last night and were both sick
Within 3 hrs,still sick but not as bad following morning.Sucks because I really enjoy there restaurant

I ate a meat eaters pizza (red sauce, mozzarella, meatballs, pepperoni, red onions). Within about two hours, I was very sick. Severe vomiting, diarrhea. So nauseous I couldn't stand up for more than a minute or so. Absolutely miserable for a couple of hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We took some of our class to Blaze Pizza on a field trip on Wednesday November 15th. Most of us got cheese, pepperoni, or sausage pizza. 3 staff members and 3 students were both very ill that night. Severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
