I ate a chicken rice bowl with black beans, white cilantro rice, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, and when I got home, I used 4 limes and the vinegarette dressing from the restaurant.(I packed that in my bag before I left the restaurant).

12/26 日下午 2 点吃了。有一个墨西哥卷饼碗里有牛排、糙米、Pinto 豆、玉米和奶酪。还有一个订单的 1/2

7:30 左右开始变得脾气暴躁。恶心始于 11 点左右。到了午夜我正在呕吐。第二天我还在
恶心有 diahrrea，对食物没有渴望。

I had a burrito on 12/26/17 around 7pm at chipotle 8 E Madison st Chicago IL.. Later that night I experienced food poisoning symptoms. If condition doesn't get better tonight I will need to stop by ER.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
