我和妻子上周一晚上吃了 Chipotle 现在差不多一个星期了。她吃了牛排和鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、fajita 蔬菜、酸奶油、笔克、玉米莎莎、生菜配黑豆和平托豆。我吃了鸡肉、白米饭、fajita 蔬菜、玉米莎莎酱、笔克、中号莎莎酱、生菜、鳄梨调味酱、黑豆和平托豆卷饼。我们俩都有筹码我们回家吃了，一切都没问题，但是大约一个小时后，我们俩都在洗手间里做生意。我们没看到太多，但是从那以后每天都在不断腹泻和胃痛。这不是一个好时机和经历，因为我们喜欢吃 Chipotle，但我不知道我是否会再吃 Chipotle。无论是在工作中还是刚出门，总会感到不舒服。

I ate a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese and a side of guacamole/chips. Threw up with diarrhea beginning 4 hours after I ate my meal. Had symptoms from 6pm-3am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
