昨晚订购并吃了一个 chipotle 鸡碗。进入碗的一半由于某种原因我不想完成它。一两个小时后开始感到寒冷和有点头晕。我以为只是累了所以洗澡然后睡觉了。第一次在午夜左右扔掉，然后在整个晚上每小时总共扔 7 次一次。现在早上呕吐已经消退了，但仍然很恶心，不想吃东西或喝水。身体累了排尿疼
