吃了我平常的墨西哥卷饼弓一个小时后，我开始感到恶心。我有恶心、呕吐、发烧、疼痛、发冷等...决定去急诊室是因为我变得太糟糕了，太快了。原来我摄入了一种葡萄球菌感染，后来变成了肺炎，后来变成了败血症。我在医院待了一个星期，全天候接受静脉注射抗生素。

只有在食用 Chipotle 1 小时后，我才有 2 天的严重胃痛，现在有 4 天的腹泻，最近 2 天又出现了脱水和虚弱。今天去看医生，有人告诉 Chipotle 是我食物中毒的罪魁祸首。它感染了我的胃肠道。我很恶心，因为这是两个月来第二次在同一地点发生这种情况

Yesterday at 4pm I ate carnitas, white rice, black beans, guac, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. I woke up with nausea and diarrhea. I have been incredibly nauseous all day. I'm hoping to throw up just to feel better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Both my coworker and I became sick one hour after eating from Chipotle. She went home early. I went home an hour later and experienced pains so bad I was bed ridden. I became extremely thirsty and had diarrhea for hours. Still experiencing bad pain and if not better by tomorrow will go to ER.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a Steak Bowl with Black beans, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, lettuce and guac. 1 hour after, I puke 2 times, and it has now been 2 weeks and still have diarrhea and stomach craps.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
