我在 2016 年 8 月 27 日星期六晚上吃了牛排墨西哥卷饼，周日醒来时胸痛很大。8 月 29 日星期一结束了在 ER，仍然呕吐和胸痛。ER 进行了多次测试，但我今天 8 月 30 日星期二仍然生病。我是六口之家中唯一一个订购牛排的人。

I ate 8-29-16 around 9:45pm had a steak and chicken bowl with brown rice cheese lettuce and all three salsas and black pinto beans. Had a horrible stomach ace with diarrhea and Nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

My wife and I ate Chipotle on Sunday. Start have diarrhea and vomiting around 3 am Monday morning. Start having fever around noon. Now, it is Tuesday. We still have little bit of the symptoms, mainly diarrhea and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

12:05PM Wife ate Steak Burrito Bowl with white rice,corn, grilled onion & pepper, mild & medium salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Within 90 minutes begin-diarrhea, nausea, fever, and violent vomiting.  | 症状: 恶心
