On 8/19 at 1:45 pm. I got a veggie sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese with cheddar cheese. I got all veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, olives, pickles, Cucumbers, Green Peppers) and regular mustard.

I ate half of the sandwich immediately and saved the other… 更多

Happened August 16th. Had a pulled pork sub at around 8pm. 6 hours later was stuck vomiting from 330am - 10am. Was left nauseous and fatigued the rest of the day. Out of commission for 48hrs.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Right when we walked in it was extremely hot in the building and they said the AC was not working. I then noticed that some of the cheese was kinda oily on top, like what happens when you leave it out of the fridge. I ate it… 更多
