I had the tuna poke bowl. I hadn’t had lunch and it was the first thing I ate all day. After 20 mins of eating it I was throwing up and having diarrhea and painful stomach cramps. I am writing this as I am laying down still sick after 2 hours of this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

大约 5 个小时后吃了一个金枪鱼戳沙拉碗，头晕，心跳，胃痛。，我是唯一一个吃这个的人。我昨天午休时间（19 年 9 月 11 日）拿起它，发现打开包裹时有强烈的气味。它闻起来不难闻只是腥味。我吃了它和一个绿色的冰沙，然后在几个小时内开始心悸。它升级了 5-6 个小时，我觉得自己快要昏倒了。在我的胸口和喉咙里挤压的感觉。非常焦虑和不适。其次是非常糟糕的气体和头晕。

I ate sushi and got diarrhea about 30 min-1 hour later. I didn't have any more diarrhea that afternoon, evening or the next morning. The next afternoon I ate the leftover nori maki rolls and got diarrhea 30 min-1 hour later.  | 症状: 腹泻
