Buffet (specifically raw kale with tahini/garlic, roasted zucchini, and hot turkey)
Starting having symptoms 5 hours later resulting in diarrhea for a full 24 hours and vomiting for 2 of those hours (have not eaten, so unsure if resolved).

My daughter ate a burrito with beans, chicken, lettuce, rice and cheese from the Los Gatos Blvd Whole Foods (in San Jose Ca). She started vomiting about six hours after she ate it which is about exactly when food poisoning usually starts after eating tainted food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

2018 年 9 月 15 日星期六下午 4:00 后，我从沙拉吧购买了各种半磅的鸡肉意大利面沙拉和熟食意大利面沙拉，几块烤鸡肉和鸡肉搭配西红柿，洋葱和橄榄以及各种物品。我还买了一块切成薄片的大型乡村 IH 面包。这是我第一次购买这种面包。

我实际上是从柜台订购的意大利面沙拉，因为我觉得它们会更新鲜。

孩子，我错了吗。当我回到家时，我立即将除面包以外的所有易腐物品放入冰箱里，因为我不得不在各种购物旅行中把其他物品放到冰箱里。

大约 45 分钟到一个小时后，我准备了食物，其中包括两小片乡村面包，然后坐下来吃饭。最初，食物味道还不错，但我注意到烤鸡很干，味道 “奇怪”。我经常得到这只鸡肉，它的味道与通常的味道相去甚远。

既然鸡肉对我来说味道很有趣，所以我只吃了两小块然后把沙拉扔掉了。我把两个鸡肉沙拉的勺子放在意大利面的角落里，然后也扔掉了，因为整个食物的整体味道都低于我通常从 Whole Foods 购买的食物的标准。

不到一个小时左右，我开始感到肚子里冒泡，然后是气体抽筋和恶心。我在祈祷我不必呕吐，因为对我来说，腹泻是世界上最糟糕的事情。

幸运的是，我不必呕吐，但是我得了黄色/绿色的爆炸性腹泻，这种腹泻非常严重，我不得不跑到洗手间然后在那里坐了将近一个小时！

我确信我的腹泻是我从 Whole Foods Market 购买的食物引起的，因为那是我整天唯一吃的食物！！

我从这家商店吃的东西生病了，我感到非常恐惧和难以置信，因为我多年来从这个地方购买了沙拉，准备好的食物，面包，饼干和蛋糕。

但是，我注意到，各种酒吧的食物看起来并不像以前那样 “开胃” 或新鲜，多年来，专业标准已经有所下降。

我鼓励当地和企业管理层评估这个地方的食品安全和食品质量，我强烈建议亚历山大市卫生局到访，以确保这家商店遵守 CDC /通用食品安全标准，包括正确的洗手、食物准备和存储程序！！

周四晚上 5 点左右得到了一片蘑菇披萨。9/13/18
周五早些时候发烧、偏头痛疼痛、腹泻和极度恶心。
非常脱水，所以我喝了很多水。我不会再在 Whole Foods 吃任何披萨了。这个披萨正坐在柜台的热灯下。
