I ate a chicken bowl with white rice and guac and had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea at 8:00 in the morning after eating it around 7 the night before. it was the worst pain ive been in for awhile and I will not be eating there for a very long time.

Burrito bowl for dinner: carnitas, black beans, tomato and corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. Within 4 hours: watery stool, nausea, sharp stomach pain. Fever the next day and persistent stomach pain with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
