- comments: prep cooler in use is unable to hold cold foods at improper temperatures, internal air temperature of 60. 0f. Cooler has held for inspection tag on it from previous inspection. Instd to not use until repaired, reinspected and tag has been removed by cdph. Citation issued 7-38-005 priority
