I also observed grease and food residue on the exterior of the grease receptacle. Instructed to keep the lid on the grease receptacle closed at all times, clean the exterior of the grease receptacle, and advised manager to contact company to empty and clean said grease receptacle. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b), citation issued.
