- comments: must repair or replace observed front hand washing sink slow draining.

- comments: observed no heating element for carnita hot holding unit
at front service counter that is not in use at this time used on weekends. Must have hot holding unit at 135. 0f or above. A held for inspection tag placed on unit. Once repaired email letter to food@cityofchicago. Org. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)

- comments: observed no thermometer for hot holding unit at front service counter must provide and maintain.

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on floor under dry food storage shelves ,on top of chemicals stored on shelving units,on floor in between pallet on floor. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 11/28/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must store food storage containers from floor in rear prep area and store properly.
