J'ai acheté des raviolis surgelés à la courge musquée evol de cvs. 15 minutes après avoir goûté un ravioli, je suis tombé malade. Mon mari a tout mangé, il a violemment vomi des selles ensanglantées pendant quelques secondes. L'ambulance est venue le chercher maintenant qu'il est à l'hôpital.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Tabouret Bloody

J'ai mangé leurs ramen aux fruits de mer hier soir vers 21 h 30 et, à 22 h 45, je vomissais et j'avais de la diarrhée avec de violentes douleurs abdominales, des picotements dans les bras, de la fièvre, des frissons et une vision trouble. Trader Joe’s Shrimp Spring Roll expiration date 7/18/2018. Consumed it immediately after purchase. Thought I tasted something sour but thought it was the vegetable/salad mix inside the roll. Diarrhea 4 hours later. No other food consumed all day.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée

Had a conference there from Tuesday until Friday and only ate at the hotel (either from their restaurant or catering). Friday when I got home I started feeling Ill and had to go every half hour. No vomiting, diarrhea only, but all liquid and very frequently.
