I ate teriyaki chicken at subway around 12pm and around 3 my stomach started hurting. A little bit after I got to work at 5:30 I threw the teriyaki chicken up. My job ended up sending me home and I’ve been throwing up every since.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements

Uncooked edamame at sushi boss, They took edamame out of a ziplock bag (not correct way to store it) dunked it in hot water for a second. Put it in a bowl put salt on it. I ate one of the beans and it came out black slimy my tongue immediately turned bitter and it lasted 12 hours. I got  | Symptômes: Diarrhée

I had a chicken bacon ranch salad from Subway and the chicken was slightly slimy and the spinach did not taste well. I only ate half of the salad but had very aggressive diarrhea and nausea almost an hour after and for the next 4 days. I do not recommend this to anyone. I ate there at 0415 hrs on 03/15/2019. Had th pancake grilled stackers sandwiches that have bacon, sausage and egg. Onset of abdominal pain 30 min after eating, followed by nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhea x 2.5 days.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements, Nausée

Panda Express, j'ai commandé deux bols de bœuf de Pékin avec du riz frit pour mon petit ami et moi-même, je suis rentré à la maison et je l'ai mangé et dans les 10 minutes suivant la fin, nous devenons tous les deux horribles. Je suis allé avec ma femme pour le hibachi. J'ai mangé le steak et les crevettes et elle a mangé du poulet. Nous avons tous les deux mangé la soupe, mais moi seul j'ai mangé la salade avec la vinaigrette mayonnaise et gingembre.
