妻子吃了 Indy All Night 的猪里脊肉和炸薯条，2 小时后食物中毒。她整晚都因腹泻和严重的胃痛而起床，在过去的 4-5 个小时里，她主要是通过血液和粘液。她仍然有胃痛，但比昨天难以忍受的时候好得多。

I ate teriyaki chicken at subway around 12pm and around 3 my stomach started hurting. A little bit after I got to work at 5:30 I threw the teriyaki chicken up. My job ended up sending me home and I’ve been throwing up every since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Uncooked edamame at sushi boss, They took edamame out of a ziplock bag (not correct way to store it) dunked it in hot water for a second. Put it in a bowl put salt on it. I ate one of the beans and it came out black slimy my tongue immediately turned bitter and it lasted 12 hours. I got  | 症状: 腹泻

I had a chicken bacon ranch salad from Subway and the chicken was slightly slimy and the spinach did not taste well. I only ate half of the salad but had very aggressive diarrhea and nausea almost an hour after and for the next 4 days. I do not recommend this to anyone. Stay away from subway!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate there at 0415 hrs on 03/15/2019. Had th pancake grilled stackers sandwiches that have bacon, sausage and egg. Onset of abdominal pain 30 min after eating, followed by nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhea x 2.5 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心

熊猫快车，我为我的男朋友和我自己点了两个北京牛肉碗和炒饭，然后回家吃完了，在吃完 10 分钟之内，我们俩都变得糟透了。胃痛、恶心、腹泻和气体。40 分钟后我们呕吐了腹泻。  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 煤气, 胃痛

和我妻子一起去了 hibachi。我有牛排和虾她有鸡肉。我们俩都吃了汤，但只有我吃了带蛋黄酱的沙拉。

大约 3 个小时后，我开始感到痉挛和虚弱，随后很快就有呕吐的冲动。现在大约 36 个小时后我已经变得抽筋和出汗了。

我过去几次在这家餐厅吃过饭（在他们的旧地点），这是我第一次遇到这个问题。
