Ate 2 1/2 eggs rolls, one spoon of fried rice and some dried noodles. Severe projectile vomiting, severe nausea. Couldn't walk. Extreme dehydration.

my son, 8, started vomiting around 5.30 am after gettign home from eating at the food truck event, next to the church and in front of the old gin.
