Giant Eagle has issued a voluntary recall of GetGo-branded Apples with Peanut Butter Dip from GetGo stores for potential salmonella contamination. The recalled product was sold in GetGo locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana through May 13, 2022. This comes as part of the Jif peanut butter recall, since the peanut butter in the dip is included in that recall.
The affected product can be identified by the UPC 30034 93770 6 and includes best if used by dates through May 29, 2022.
According to GetGo, 215 items were sold.
If you have the recalled product in your home, please do not eat it, throw it away or return it to the local GetGo for a refund.
