Mac & Cheese Illness - Kraft, Wichita Kansas

My son had half a about 1/3 of a box of regular Kraft Mac & Cheese at about 1p yesterday by 4am he had a stomach ache, threw up at 5am & then 7am & diarrhea at that same time. He’s the only one who ate that.
. I got it from a free food pantry | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
