May 23,2016 around 17:30 I bought a southwest salad took it home and threw it in the fridge. Around 21:00 I ate the salad and I drove to work. At 03:30 I started to feel symptoms of nauseousness and it continued to increase to the point where I threw up 3 times at work. My shift ended at zero 500 I barely made it home I was so nauseous feverish sweating with cold chills and consistently throwing up at home. After the purging subdued I started to have diarrhea and For about a day and a half I was at bed rest and still force myself to go to work. All my symptoms were nauseousness, diarrhea, fever, cold chills, cold sweats, headache, and dizziness.. It's May 26,2016. I can say I feel 100% better. Last time I'll ever touch McDonald's and possibly salads for awhile. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Sweating
