Ate chicken cob salad - felt nauseous about 30 minutes later, continued working and was throwing up like crazy an hour later. After throwing up 8 times, (5 hours later) I feel much better and am able to keep food down (hence not the flu, but food poisoning) | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
