- comments: observed core violations from report #2366043 dated 3/19/2020 not corrected: ' observed no grease traps at three compartment sinks. Instructed managemwnt to install grease traps at three compartment sinks' 'noted clutter of equipment and other unused items on floors in storage rooms. Must elevate all items to allow cleaning and remove all unnecessary items' ' noted certified food managers on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification. ' instructed to come into compliance. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Additional information: Nightmare for two days. Bathroom every 10-15 minutes, freezing chills while sweating, joint aches, not much fever in the way of temperature though. That White Castle was the only food eaten in 24 hours, and the following 60+ hours no food was tolerated. Didn’t think much I thought it was a regular sore throat. Also jack in the box was the last thing I ate and only thing after a 6 hr separation from my first meal at home. Day 3 is when I had to go the hospital because it was no ordinary sore throat they told me I have strep throat due to bacteria from eating something unsanitary. I’m making this report because I want you guys to know how severely this is !
