Violently ill after 10-12hrs after eating steak, provolone, onion. Chipotle sandwich. It's the only thing I had eaten different from my family. 72hrs later and I am still trying to hydrate. I have never been so sick in my life. The stomach pain was incomprehensible, then the vomiting and diarrhea didn't stop for 14hrs. I am not one to file complaints but I wouldn't wish this on anyone. There was nothing a doctor could have done. I may end up at the hospital to replenish my fluid levels as I am still extremely dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
