ER Visit After Taco Combo - Taco Bell,

I ate a #6 w/ chicken when I began to feel nauseous. I began to feel dizzy and started vomiting followed by diarrhea. For the next 3 hours I was sick in the bathroom with "stabbing like" pains in my stomach. I eventually made it to the ER where I was taken care of. Today, the day after I still feel stabbing like stomach pains. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
