The garlic wrap of the day meal. Threw up twice at night, then 2 during the day.
Struggled to eat and drink. Was only able to eat small things 24 hours after. Masivly dehydrated and malnourished.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Double cheeseburger from there 1 person got sick (myself) at the burger around 7pm and symptoms (vomiting and diahrea) started around 4am and is still continuing it's currently 4pm the following day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Salad bar Ate salad bar August 11, 2019. Was sick within 36-48 hours. Have been to numerous doctor appointment, but nobody can help me feel better.
