Got a small roast beef that I have been getting for years.. I swear to god I thought I was going to die about 2 hours later. I was throwing up and shitting while curled on my shower floor.. this lasted most of night to the point I almost had to call ambulance. Ate a SW Chile Lime Salad with NO chicken or avocado and had extra quinoa blend on it. Within 30 minutes explosive, straight liquid diarrhea. Have been absolutely filling toilet for last 10 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
