March 29,2022, chili cheese dog The chili cheese dog was extremely hot! Couldn’t pick it up for a few minutes.  About 30-44 minutes after eating it, I had a bout of diarrhea while grocery shopping!!  Thank God there was a restroom.  Stomach is still sore today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Soreness

Ate raw spinach at 8:30am. Sudden onset of vomiting at 11:30pm, same day. No fever. All other food consumed today was prepackaged and/or vacuum sealed, or frozen, with the exception of juice from a lime from the same grocery store.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich from here this morning at 10am. I wasn't hungry after that and at 3pm I started feeling nausea. By 5pm I had diarrhea and so far I have thrown up once, it is 6:30pm on that same day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
