He felt I'll after 1st course of vegetarian salad the ate half of the main and 20 mins later started vomitting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Bought kfc family bucket at about 540pm. By approx 1am woke with bad pain in upper abdomen, temperature and sweating followed by vomit. Pain lasted through the night and next day. With diarrhea for the next two days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain

Couple of months ago my roomate got sick with same food from the same shop I didn't know that is what mad him sick so yesterday evening I had noodles around 7 and I went to bed about 22.30 after an hour woke up with fever vomiting and since then it got worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I visited McDonalds on 23/12/2018 in the afternoon. I ordered a fish burger, and double cheeseburger and a portion of fries. Approximately one hour after eating my stomach began to rumble, and by 0400 hours on 24/12/2018 I was being violently sick.
