I contacted Ben & Jerry’s on their site and gave them the info, to which they responded that they make certain all the ingredients that come to them are pasteurized and offered me a refund. I explained that since no other cases were reported that I would decline the refund and see my doctor because I still have the diarrhea.

Through the online search for others who may have had a problem with Ben & Jerry’s I became convinced that they would not be telling me the truth about any other cases when I saw so many other cases of Ben & Jerry’s-caused diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My wife and shared a warwonton soup and a bento box a. The soup was warm not hot and likely what we got sick from. Within 2 hours the diarrhea started, followed by nausea, fever and vomiting throughout the night. Missed day of work because of it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

6 out of 8 people who went with us to eat were sicker then can be for 2 days straight. Still on 3 Rd day it hasn't gone away. My mother who has other illnesses is completely out of it and seems to be getting worse. moment. So we decided we would go to this dinner. We both got food poisoning. I started feeling very sick within the hour. I felt sick to my stomach, my stomach started cramping, needed to go to the bathroom, was puking, I was super tired, had a fever, and had chills. It lasted hours. I still feel sick today (dec 26, 2018) but not as bad as last night. My boyfriend had every symptom I had, but his was much much worse and intense!!!. We thought we might have to call an ambulance because he couldn’t keep ANYTHING down. Was super scary and a miserable experience. We are so grateful they do these dinners for the less fortunate, but not fare to not keep food safe. We had turkey (white and dark meat), mash potatoes, salad (with Italian dressing, and I had one bite and gave the rest to my boyfriend), a mix of veggies, gravy over the potatoes and turkey, and my spouse had a cup of apple juice ( that I had one sip from), and my spouse also had the cranberry sauce (that I did not have). His work called today to ask him if he could come in, he had to say no due to still feeling ill, he also let them know everything that happend and his coworker said his other coworker ate at the same place last night and also got sick.
