Portobello mushroom I made stuffed portobellos - stuffing was cashews, garlic, basil and parsley. I washed all the produce. Mushrooms were bbq’d. Within 3 hours I was violently projectile vomiting. Vomiting lasted 4 hours. Still feel week 2 days later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Chicken  Chicken smelled a little strange, tasted it and it tasted bad. 12 hours later stomach cramping and diarrhea, followed by fever and chills lasting for 24 hours. Chicken was said to be flash frozen and remained frozen until I thawed and cooked it.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills

I ordered delivery on Saturday July 25, 2020. I ate 2 small slices of cheese pizza and a small handful of potato wedges. On Monday morning I had severe abdominal pain and was very nauseous. I spent all day dry heaving and in a lot of pain. It has been 3 full days of pain and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Stomach Pain
