Street food in Bangkok  Late late around 12:30am and woke up around 3am with night sweats and cold chilles. I was also going p** a lot more then usual. Woke up again a hour or so later sweating and chilles.   | Symptoms: Nausea, Chills, Sweating, Night Sweats

I am very sure that one cocktail stand is selling fake alcohol that caused me 3 times of vomit last night and diarrhoea in the morning. Got a fever, headache and stomachache as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain

One of the dishes on the Signatures set menu Ate a multi-course tasting menu. Went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night feeling extreme nausea. Maybe 6 hours after food consumption. Proceeded to vomit and diarrhea simultaneously throughout the night.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
