Ate lunch at 1:30 pm, Chicken Bowl Chicken Bowl, Brown Rice,Black Beans,Pico de Gallo
Hot Salsa, Shredded Cheese had elevated heart rate all throughout day (fitbit) and by evening came the stomach cramps, nausea , diarreah, violent vomitting by midnight, continued high heart rate vomitting and diarrhea.
