Thursday Oct 20th 2016 about noon, I ordered a foot long meatball sub with pepperoni, black olives and provolone cheese on Italian herb and cheese bread, about 3 hours later it hit.. for 6 hours I had diarrhea and vomiting along with a fever. A few of my friends ordered different subs and were ok.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
