Me and my partner both had the chicken teriyaki poke bowl from Sainsbury's. They tasted a bit funny but it was our first time trying it so we didn't think much of it and they were in date however we both now have really bad food poisoning from this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

I ate the farmer j classic or special with chilli chicken, rice, green veg. I had frequent and violent vomiting throughout the night, with a painful headache. This was on 24 April 2026. My partner had to call NHS 111. It took about a week to go be back to normal with nausea every morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
