Friday 10.1.2021 I had a chicken quesadilla, fiesta potatoes a hard shell taco and a mt.dew baja blast… the drink was oddly disgusting I barely had a appetite and very nauseous Saturday and I vomited all day Sunday and still vomiting at 11am Tuesday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

It was catered. Ate their chicken sandwich and ever since I have diarrhea and nausea  I ate a chicken sandwich that was catered to UAB school of nursing around 1pm. I became nauseous. At around 7 pm I developed diarrhea and have had diarrhea ever since

Both of my daughters got sick amd puked within 3-6 hours of consumption. My youngest had a chicken strip kid’s  meal with milk to drink and my oldest had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich (no fries).

We had the chicken lettuce wraps, appetizer sampler, Mongolian beef, and honey chicken and fried rice.  My husband and I both got sick about 2.5 hours after eating. It happened on July 27  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
