Had a steak burrito bowl on Thursday afternoon around 2-3pm. I started feeling super hyperactive bowel sounds by 6 am the next day as well as stomach pain. By noon, I’m vomiting everything and I can’t hold anything down. I also had a banana that day but definitely know it was not due to that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
