I ate a medium rare streak with garlic Parmesan shrimp with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese and an hour later I had explosive diarrhea was hard to keep in and make it to the bathroom and not only I but also my sister and mom got really sick from it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Double quarter pounder with cheese. Woke up in the middle of the night severe stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever. This lasted around 5 hours until I fell asleep again.
