I ordered a bowl with white rice , carnitas and Barbacoa, corn and hot salsa and sour cream and a lemonade. I have been throwing up and I have ran to the toilet at least 20 times for explosive diarrhea. My doc said it seems like norovirus or shigella  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
