My sister and I both ate In N Out on Friday September 6th. I had a cheeseburger with grilled onions no tomato and she had a hamburger with grilled onions and no tomato. Friday night I was throwing up from 1am -9am the next day with diarrhea all day. My sister had the same reaction Saturday night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
