Wednesday Oct 21, 2020. Animal fries, two cheeseburgers without veggies, just animal style toppings. Rotisserie chicken - I ate some as I was shredding it up for a container and about 2 hours later I started feeling nausea and than vomited, extremely bad headache now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Grapes, Only me. It’s the only thing I ate. 9:30pm. Got a headache in about ten min. & Nausea, Then started vomiting about 20-30 min later. Still have headache and slight nausea as of 11:30 am following day  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
