5/21/19: Ordered a Chicken Bowl w/ White Rice, No Beans, Corn, Hot Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese, Guacamole, and Romaine Lettuce. Experienced cramps next morning and chills, diarrhea, and fever the next evening. Still having issues as of now and not improving.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills

I got the strawberry blonde smoothie and I got violently sick. On top of that I found a hair in my drink and also watched employees drop cylinder to get drink in the bottle on the floor and make eyes with me and then continue to use it. Unsanitary  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
