I ate chicken tacos at this location, as I've done many times in other locations. This time I ended up with very bad stomach pain, gas, and diarrhea within an hour of eating here. This was on 8/14/2018  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Stomach Pain

I ordered two 4 for 4 meals. I had a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger as my entree which was different than my husband's spicy chicken wrap. Both had nuggets. 6 hours later, terrible pains in stomach and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got 2 of the 4 for 4 meals, gave my kids the nuggets and fries, I ate the Jr bacon cheese burgers, 12 hours later I was throwing up and have had diarrhea and stomach pains for the past 3 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I didn't even think of it until today when I read the news about the outbreak of sickness, but Sunday night my daughter and I were both sick - she vomitted all night and I had serious diarrhea all the next day. We both had the chicken in our meals, my son had the pork and was not sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
