I had the chicken burrito bowl with brown rice black beans corn tomatoes lettuce and a side of guacamole. I only ate half. Nausea started about 4 hours after eating and vomiting started 6 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My wife and kid got food poisoning the only 2 person who ate the mac and cheese . My Kid got food poising next day and my wife3 days after. Treat my wife who git really sick fever, diarrea and vomiting, chills, with acetaminophen, Vitamin C and water  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Catering/to go of many large sized items. 4/10 people got sick - 2 of those had sweating, vommiting and dihreaah while the other 2 had mostly dihreaah and stomach pains. We tracked what everyone ate and the only common denominator was the sweet potato casserole.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating

The only thing I ate today (12/17/2017) at 12:30 pm was Wendy's value meal #1 the Daves single patty burger with lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, an order of the Baconator fries and a diet Coke. By 10:00 pm I experienced watery diarea and queeziness that lasted untill the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
