Observed 2 live roaches crawling on wall by the employees drink area. 1 live roach went into the panel strip on the wall located in the employee drink area. Observed 1 live roach crawling on wall of back storage area. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-08-03: At time of call back inspection observed 2 live roaches crawling on the wall in the kitchen areas, 1 live roach crawling on wall by table, and the door marked exit in the dining area, 1 live roach on wall at table where inspector is sitting, and conducting inspection. **Time Extended**
