Hungry after shopping, picked up a slice of pepperoni pizza!

I got a 5 pc chicken, one of them tasted strange I remember. A few hours after eating it i feel queasy then i end up vomiting. I had 1 chicken chalupa Supreme and Fiesta potatoes, as well as mountain Dew around late lunch time. Starting at 3am, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting at the same time.
