Jimmy dean sausage cheese croissant sandwich. Nausea upset stomach severe cramping and liquid diarrhea. Ate at 2:00 in afternoon. Symptoms hit at 7:30. Happened on two occurrences. Still in pain now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ordered a happy meal from he McDonald’s on hwy 56 in Wesley Chapel and the next morning my 5 yr old started vomiting, acting lethargic, fever, I took him to the clinic and they diagnosed him with food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
