I ate a sausage egg mcmuufin & a m iced French vanilla coffee, got on the Fl turnpike & within a couple hours had nausea, vomiting & dizziness. This was in west palm beach@ 6858 okeechobee blvd.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

I ate Taco Bell yesterday for lunch, and about 4 hours after I was at work and had to run to the bathroom. I was perfectly fine before. Now I'm 36 hours later sleeping on the bathroom floor and dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a Tropi Chop from Pollo Tropical with grilled chicken, yellow rice, black beans, tomatoes & corn. An hour after eating, I went to the restroom with severe diarreah and suddenly felt the urge to throw up, so I projectile vomited 4 Times, and it was so bad it came up through my nose.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
