About 2 hours ago I had eaten some DQ fast food dinner, although the "flamethrower" burger was pretty good, my stomach and abdomen started to have an intense cramping pain causing me to rush to the bathroom... Ordered all star box with double cheese burger, jumbo hot dog and fries. With in an hour I started having sever stomach pains. Had to leave work. Laid in bed in for a few hours till vomiting. Consisting of undigested hot dog.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Brother and I grabbed dinner yesterday from Arby's. He had a Beef Gyro, fries, and sweet tea and I had a Beef N Cheedar, fries, and a Dr. Pepper. LSS, we consumed the food around 6 pm and were up around 4 am with nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
