The only food in common with 3 of our family members was chocolate glazed donuts with sprinkles from our local dunkin. A fourth family member has had no issues, but did not eat the donuts. All other food eaten during the relevant timeline was eaten by all 4 family members.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

I ordered a barbacoa burrito, and briefly after got very nausea and dizzy. I didn't think too much of it and then I tried it again 2 days later as left overs and the same thing has now happened  | Symptoms: Nausea, Dizziness

I ordered a barbacoa burrito with white rice, beans, queso, lettuce and sour cream. I know the food made me sick because within 30 to 45 mins my stomach pains started. I have had projectile diarrhea every 15 to 20 mins. I feel extremely nauseous, having sever stomach pains and a painful headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
